I recently assisted in the creation of Ufer/Outside with Jo Parkes and the students and teachers of the Erika-Mann Grundschule in Wedding. It was a delight to get to know the kids and teachers and watch art unfolding out of the daily movements made by people working on Badstrasse, which they “donated” to the kids in the project, who turned them into simple, elegant dances performed inside and outside Uferstudios.
